What are the operating hours for ICA Building during the transition period from 1 to 4 April 2025 and the operating hours for the new ICA Services Centre?
All counter services for ICA products and services at the current ICA Building will be suspended from 1 to 4 April 2025 to facilitate the transition of services to the new ICA Services Centre (ISC). During this period, ICA e-Services, online feedback and call centre services (6391 6100) will continue to be available.
Operations at the ISC will commence from 7 April 2025 onwards with operating hours as follows:-
Mondays to Fridays: 8.00 am to 4.30 pm
Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
