After a qualified person conducts the route survey, you must be able to declare in the road survey report that the oversized vehicle can safely pass through the proposed route.

The route survey report must be printed on the company letterhead; stating the date of survey, roads surveyed (to be the same as in the application), details of vehicle (width, length, height and weight), LTA.PROMPT application number; complete with the company stamp and signature of a director or authorised representative.
