Why was my application rejected?

We reserve the rights to reject your application if:
  • the application details are impossible (e.g. weight = 50 kg, height = 1 m, etc.)
  • the road names are not connected in sequence
  • the mandatory supporting documents were omitted
  • the supporting documents do not meet our requirements
  • your excluded vehicle was not approved to travel on expressways
  • your foreign-registered vehicle and travel route in the subjected application did not comply with the conditions stated in the Goods Vehicle Permit
  • your vehicle was not approved to travel on public roads using a General Licence (Trade Plate)

Please note that payment made for rejected applications WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
