• Be allowed along expressways, including their entrances and exits and centre medians;
• Be allowed to be tied/ secured to street furniture, such as railings, lamp-posts, road signposts, etc;
• Be more than 1.2 metres from the ground level;
• Be obstructing any existing traffic signals, enforcement CCTV, policing etc and signs along the roads;
• Be obstructing the passage of pedestrians or blocking the view of motorists.
