The liquidated damages (LD) comprise the expenses that the Government has incurred in connection with your training, which includes course fees, salary received during training and interest thereon at the prevailing prime lending rate as determined by the Government at the time of termination of the Teacher Training Agreement. An estimate of the LD will be indicated in the Teacher Training Agreement.
