Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident children born on 1 January 2021 is age-appropriate for 2025 K1 admission in MK. If you would like to enrol your child for 2026 K1 instead, please contact your preferred MK directly for assistance.
As your child's birthday falls on 1 January 2021, they are due for Primary 1 in 2027. If you want your child to enter primary school in January 2028 instead, you will have to apply for a deferment between January and May 2026.
