To apply for Provisional Driving Licence (PDL), you may apply via this link. 

 

Under the heading “I’d like to know”, select “Provisional Driving Licence” from the dropdown box.

 

Scroll down and click on “Application & Renewal of PDL”.

 

If you are above aged 65 years and above, select “Learner Motorists Aged 65 Years Old & Above” instead.
