What are the requirements to apply for or renew a PDL online?
To apply for a Provisional Driving Licence (PDL), applicants will first need to pass the eyesight test and Basic Theory Test at any of the three driving centres (Bukit Batok, ComfortDelGro or Singapore Safety Driving Centre). They will also need the following when applying for a PDL online via our E-Service:
i. S$25 fee payable by eNETS/Visa/MasterCard/Debit card; and
ii. SingPass account.
ii. SingPass account.
Please note that it is an offence to take practical driving or riding lessons without a valid PDL.
