How can elderly learner motorists apply for their PDL upon submitting their medical examination result?
Once the elderly learner motorists have submitted the medical examination report to Traffic Police (TP) and the result has been updated into the system, the elderly learner motorist will receive an acknowledgement letter from TP sent to his/her residential address. The elderly learner motorist may then apply for a Provisional Driving Licence (PDL) online via SPF E-Services or the Police@SG mobile app.
Please note that applicants of PDL must pass the Basic Theory Test before he/she is eligible to apply for a PDL.
They will need the following when applying for a PDL online:
i. S$25 fee payable by eNETS/Visa/MasterCard/Debit card; and
ii. SingPass account.
Note that it is an offence to take practical driving or riding lessons without a valid PDL.
