If payment is not made by the deadline, you will be required to personally attend or authorise a representative to attend Court at 1 Havelock Square, Singapore 059724. The date and time of the Court proceeding is stated in your notice.

If you wish to make payment without attending Court, you may do so through the Automated Traffic Offence Management System (ATOMS). This will be a court conviction, and the fine imposed will be at least $200 more than the fine amount listed in the traffic notice. Please note that the payment service via ATOMS will cease one hour before the scheduled court time.

ATOMS is available at any AXS Station, AXS e-Station (internet portal) or AXS m-Station (mobile application). Please use the 12-digit numeric Report Number when making payment for the fine and look for the 'State Courts' icon on the screen.
