All offenders are advised to comply with the notice or a higher fine will be imposed as stipulated in your notice.

Your case will be under the Court's purview once the Notice has expired and Traffic Police will not be able to assess your appeal.

You will be required to personally attend or authorise a representative to attend Court at 1 Havelock Square, Singapore 059724 on the date and time stated in your notice.

Alternatively, you may pay via the Automated Traffic Offence Management System (ATOMS) available at any AXS Station. This will be a court conviction, and the fine imposed will be at least $200 more than the fine amount listed in the traffic notice. Please note that the payment service via ATOMS will cease one hour before the scheduled court time.
