What will happen if I cannot attend Court?

The Court Mention Date has been fixed in advance and you are required to personally attend or authorise a representative to attend Court at 1 Havelock Square, Singapore 059724 on the date and time stated in your notice.

Alternatively, you may pay via the Automated Traffic Offence Management System (ATOMS) available at any AXS Station. This will be a court conviction, and the fine imposed will be at least $200 more than the fine amount listed in the traffic notice. Please note that the payment service via ATOMS will cease one hour before the scheduled court time.

If you fail to attend Court, a Warrant of Arrest will be issued against you and you will be liable for arrest anywhere in Singapore, including at your home or place of work.
